The Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture, Ms. Abisola Olusanya, has pledged to render necessary support to the staff of Lagos State Agricultural Development Authority (LSADA), just as she offered to look into boosting their welfare package.Addressing members of staff during a familiarisation visit to the Agency’ Headquarters at Oko-Oba, Agege, the Commissioner said that there is a need to look into an improvement in the welfare package for the staff, who are very important to ensuring an increase in food production by farmers in the State.
Expressing her appreciation to the staff for their immense contributions to the improvement in agriculture, she urged them to continue to put in their best, promising to include them in the Ministry’s empowerment programmes as well as improving welfare packages and provision of a conducive working environment.
The Commissioner rounded up her tour to the Agency with a visit to the training ground of the LSADA team preparing for the Y2021 Lagos HoS Cup competition and promised to support the players in ensuring a successful outing at the games.
