The Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem has reiterated the commitment of the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode led the administration to continuous training of all Police Officers working in the State.

Kazeem stated this today while receiving the Deputy Commissioner of Police In-Charge of State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Panti, Lagos, Yetunde Longe and her team of Senior Police Officers who visited to solicit the State government’s support through collaboration with the Ministry in the fight against crimes in Lagos State.

The Commissioner promised to continue to work with the Police as worthy partners in ensuring a crime-free State as well as facilitating speedy justice delivery for residents.

On her part, the Director Public Prosecutions in the Ministry, Mrs. Titilayo Shitta-Bey, assured the DCP, Yetunde Longe and her team of the Ministry’s determination to promptly deal with cases brought to her Office by the Police.

Earlier, DCP Yetunde Longe thanked the Ministry of Justice for the cordial relationship between the Ministry and her department, pledging to enhance areas of cooperation with a view to ensuring the efficient discharge of their mandate.
