The newly appointed Special Adviser to the Governor on Civic Engagement, Princess Aderemi Adebowale has charged officers to deploy their personal knowledge and skills for the advancement of quality service delivery in the State Public Service.
Princess Adebowale said knowledge is not limited to the top managers alone as all officers have one thing or the other in terms of ideas that could help improve the standard of service delivery in the working environment and towards achieving the policy thrust of the present administration – THEMES.
Speaking at a maiden meeting with staff, the Special Adviser called on employees to support her in contributing meaningfully to the development of the State, stressing that the six-pillar development agenda of the present administration should be the focal point of everyone.
She also disclosed that the Office would ensure that the T.H.E.M.E.S agenda becomes a household slogan to the entire workforce of the State and by extension the citizenry.
Adebowale, however, solicited for the support of the staff to achieve the task ahead as the administration is in a haste to deliver on its programmes.
