LASG SENSITISES RESIDENTS ON JOB REGISTRATION CENTRES
Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation & Employment on Thursday embarked on a Public Enlightenment advocacy to create awareness about the five job Registration/Labour Exchange Centres located in different parts of the State.
Speaking at the Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Job Registration Centre, the Director of Employment in the Ministry, Mrs. Folashade Alabi, disclosed that the job centres were established by the State Government to address lingering employment issues among the youths.
She also informed that the sensitisation campaign is being replicated by the Ministry in other Lagos State Job Registration Centres in Epe, Eti-OSA, Ikorodu and Ojo and Badagry areas of the State.
The Director, therefore, urged unemployed youths and young entrepreneurs seeking gainful employment to visit the Job Registration Centres and provide their details for job opportunities.
