SPECIAL ADVISER HOSTS DELEGATION FROM NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS
The Special Adviser on Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mr. Idris Aregbe recently hosted a delegation of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) who were on a courtesy visit to his office.
Welcoming the team led by its National President, Comrade Lucky Emonefe, the Special Adviser assured the visitors of the commitment of the State Government to prioritise the improvement of the education sector in the State, stressing that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu will leave no stone unturned when it comes to the welfare and wellbeing of students.
Admonishing the team to be of good conduct at all times and consider the present challenges in the country as a temporary one, Aregbe assured the visitors of his continued support and cooperation to uplift the standard of education in Lagos State.
In his remark, the National President of NANS, Comrade Lucky Emonefe, who led the delegation, praised the Special Adviser for being a good representative of the youths through his Office, noting that the Association is proud of his efforts and contribution to the progress of the State.
Comrade Emonefe, however, requested collaboration and partnership with the Ministry in events and programmes that showcase the rich cultural heritage of Lagos State.
Other members of the visiting delegation included NANS Senate President, Comrade Babatunde Akinteye and Chairman of NANS in Lagos State, Comrade Idris Lekan Alimi amongst others from different States of the Federation
