The Provost, Lagos State College of Nursing Igando, Mrs. Oyefunso Orenuga, has warned the general public against payment into any bank account in order to obtain an Application Form for admission into the College, emphasising that admission into the College is now through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) only.
Orenuga explained that the warning became necessary due to the discovery by the College that some unscrupulous people have opened a Sterling Bank Account in the name of Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando with the sole aim of defrauding individuals who wish to obtain an application form for admission.
In her words: “It has come to the notice of the Management of the College that some unscrupulous people have opened a Sterling Bank Account Number: 9012355013 on an online wallet with the name of Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando, to defraud unsuspecting prospective candidates and individuals who wish to obtain the entrance form”.
“The general public must be reminded that admission into the College is now through JAMB and no direct purchase of form is required either from the College or online”, she asserted.
