In a bid to stem the tide of high incidence of drug resistance and therapeutic failure associated with misuse and abuse of drugs especially (antimalarial, antibiotics, analgesic, antianxiety and anti psychotic drugs), the Quality Improvement Team (QI) at the General Hospital, Ijede sensitized patients and staff of the need to continually adhere strictly to information given during counselling by Doctors, Pharmacists and other Caregivers.
This will help the general public cultivate the habit of using medications appropriately, timely and properly, thus improving the general well being of the populace.
