Lagos Water Corporation (LWC) has launched its Billing and Collection platform called LWC mobile as part of its efforts to conform to the State Government’s Cashless policy.
The Managing Director/CEO, Engr. Muminu Adekunle Badmus, who revealed this during a media interaction over the weekend, said the main objective of the platform is to improve the efficiency in the processes of Billing, collection and Customers management.
He explained that the App is designed to enable Customers to send requests or complaints, check payments, view account statements and any other related records in terms of consumption, meter reading etc, noting that the App is easy to use.
Badmus explained further that the App has various supporting functions, detailed information, accessories that will make it easy and convenient for customers to make payments from the comfort of their homes.
Speaking about the improved service delivery by the Corporation, Head (Sales and Commercial) – Mr. Ajose Micheal urged Lagosians to take advantage of the Corporation’s online platform in requesting for connection to the Public Water supply and get connected within three days.
“Customers can now download the connection forms from the LWC website, fill and submit online or to the LWC nearest zonal or regional offices nearest to them and get connected within three days“, he asserted.
