LASG TRAINS OFFICERS IN LEGAL, GOVERNANCE SKILLS 

Over 100 Legal Officers from Grade Level 13 and above in the State Public Service are currently undergoing a three-day training programme under the learning and development programme of the Lagos State Government.

The training, which is taking place in Ikeja, with the theme, ‘Enhancement of Legal and Governance Skills for Lawyers of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice”, began Tuesday, 18th July and will end on 20th July, 2023.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the event, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Establishments and Training, Mr. Olawale Musa counselled the participants to use the training as an opportunity to improve and acquire more knowledge. 

While noting that every programme presents opportunities for participants to learn and take away something new, Musa emphasised that there is always something new to learn from every training attended.

The Solicitor-General/Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Mrs. Titilayo Shitta-Bey-Jeje, appreciated the Ministry of Establishments and Training for organising the training programme.

Recall that a two-day training programme was recently organised for over 100 Officers in the State Public Service on Data Protection and ICT Skills by the Ministry of Establishments and Training.
