The Y2024 Lagos Boy Child Initiative, LBCI, 3-Day Workshop came to a climax today with a visit to Lagos State House of Assembly by the over 250 participants who experienced a plenary session presided over by the Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa. The visit to the House of Assembly marked the end of this year’s edition of the event.
The visit was an insightful one for the team led by the First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. Mrs Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu.
The Speaker commended the First Lady for the LBCI aimed at mentoring boys from a tender age.
Obasa commended the exceptional initiatives executed through the office of the First Lady from Domestic and Sexual Based Violence advocacy, empowerment initiatives, exam support, senior citizens visitation, among others.
